Mango Salsa

I got this recipe from the February 2010 Parents magazine. I have made it several times since first trying it. We like to dish it up with chips, celery, over chicken, etc.

Ingredients:
2 cups mango (chopped)
1/2 cup red pepper (finely chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsp lime juice
sal and pepper (just a pinch of each)

Combine all ingredients and ENJOY!!
