Pesto

Another recipe from the blog, Ultimate Daniel Fast.

2 TB extra-virgin olive oil
3 cups packed fresh spinach or 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 cup packed fresh basil leaves
¼ cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
Place ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Makes ¾ cup.
