angel food cake sauce

1 cup "real" butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Melt butter and add rest of ingredients. Beat with electric beaters and heat on low

Serve over broiled (toasted) angel food cake.

May be made ahead and just reheated before serving
